摘  要:采用喷嘴对·OH进行载体喷雾定量杀菌实验,研究·OH的衰减程度及其对大肠杆菌和枯草芽孢杆菌黑色变种的灭活作用;并通过测定不同浓度.OH对细菌作用后产生的脂质过氧化物量和蛋白质漏出量,研究了.OH对大肠杆菌和枯草芽孢杆菌黑色变种细胞损伤的情况.结果表明:应用椎型喷嘴(孔径3.18 mm,水压0.49 MPa)和扇型扇形喷嘴(孔径3.57 mm,水压0.63 MPa)喷雾后的雾滴粒径可以有效地降低.OH衰减,对有害细菌的杀灭率都可达到《消毒技术规范》要求.The experiment of carrier quantitative spray sterilization was conducted with spray nozzle to study the attenuation of hydroxyl radical and sterilization.The quantity of protein 1eakage and the production of lipid peroxide in bacterial suspension killed by different concentration of hydroxyl radical were measured to analyse the inactivation mechanisms.The result showed that vertebral type of nozzle that diameter was 3.18 mm and pressure was 0.49 MPa could effectively reduce ·OH decay,The same as the type of fan nozzle that diameter was 3.57 mm and pressure was 0.63 MPa.The killing rate of the harmful bacteria could achieve "sterilization technical specifications"requirement.·OH could damage bacterial proteins,make the cell membrane lipid peroxidation,and could damage the genetic material of bacteria.
