摘　　要：针对综合诊断过程中,信息资料共享难、资料保存和查询过程繁琐等问题,文章提出将IETM应用于装备综合诊断技术中,并利用XML语言,实现在综合诊断信息建模与IETM数据查询过程中数据的共享,对装备综合诊断过程中,提高维修保障能力具有非常重要的作用。In the process of the Integrated Diagnosis, it＇s difficult for user to share, store or search the information data. IETM technology applied in the Integrated Diagnosis of the Weapon System is to be explained through the use of the XML language in this article. Then the information data sharing between the Integrated Diagnosis Information Modeling and the IETM Data Searching is realized. It is proved that it＇s beneficial to the process of the maintenance for the Integrated Diagnostics of the Weapon System.
