摘　　要：文章首先介绍了ATML标准,并分析当前XML文件解析中存在的问题,提出了基于ATML标准对ATS平台描述的方法,以测试结果为例,对被测对象、被测结果数据、测试软件、故障诊断信息和测试人员信息等进行了标准化描述。The ATML standards are introduced and the problems unsolved in XML documents parsing nowadays are analyzed. Then the method about ＂the standardized description of ATS platform based on ATML＂ is put forward and the way of realizing the standardized description of the test result is demonstrated, including the UUT, test results, test soft-ware, fault diagnosis information and test personnel.
