摘  要:采用催化裂解工艺利用地沟油经预处理、催化裂解、冷凝分离制备生物燃油,所得生物燃油再经精馏得汽油、柴油及重油。通过实验得到最佳条件为:催化裂解温度540℃,催化裂解时间70 min,LHO-1型催化剂与A型(硅/铝/硼)催化剂质量比1:1,催化剂与地沟油质量比1:300,在最佳条件下生物燃油得率为77.94%。利用气相色谱和气质联用分析催化裂解生物燃油的馏分,其碳链在C13~C17的化合物为84.37%,生物燃油中160~350℃馏分(柴油)占92.51%,尚有少量汽油和重油。A new process was developed to prepare biofuel from hogwash oil by pretreatment,catalytic cracking reaction,condensation and separation.Rectifying the biofuel can further produce gasoline,diesel and heavy oil.Through experiment the optimum conditions were obtained for catalytic cracking reaction as follows: reaction temperature 540 ℃,reaction time 70 min,mass ratio of LHO-1Catalysts to A-type Catalysts 1:1,mass ratio of the catalysts to hogwash oil 1:300.Under the optimum conditions,biofuel's yield was 77.94%.The fractional composition was analyzed by GC and GC-MS.The results show that the percentage of the compounds with carbon chains of C13~C17 is 84.37%.Within the temperature range of 160~350 ℃,the percentage of biodiesel in the biofuel is 92.51%.There is a small amount of gasoline and heavy oil in the biofuel.
