摘 要:由于信息技术的发展,大量信息的繁衍和增长,信息之间的关系愈加复杂。为了研究这些复杂信息的联系,Erdos和Renyi提出了图论,推动了复杂网络的发展。1999年Barab a si和Albert第一次提出了无标度网络之后,复杂网络在最近几年成为了科学研究的一个热点课题。各种复杂网络如社会网络和Internet网络看起来似乎杂乱无章、纷繁复杂且没有规律性,但是却不像它表面所表现的杂乱无章;Barab a si和Albert经过研究发现了电影演员网络和其它网络具有自组织性和规律性,并且服从幂律概率分布,称之为"无标度网络"。科学家发现各种数据庞大的网络包括社会网络、生物网络以及其它技术网络开展的无标度网络研究,都服从这个规律。随着电力行业的发展以及电力资源的不断增加,电力行业数据呈现出数据量大、电力节点间关系复杂等特点,迫切要求使用合理的方法来科学管理制造资源。因此,本文提出了从无标度网络的角度研究电力行业资源网络,解决电力资源的管理问题。With the development of information technology, more and more information add to the information networks, resulting in their complexity. To study the complicated relation between these elements, Erdos and Renyi proposed the graph theory, a complex network was pushed forward, and it became the hot topic in scientific scope. Especially in 1999 Barab a si and Albert discovered "scale-free" phenomenon. At first sight, we might expect that even for few and simple assemblies of collaboration, the detailed networks of the interactions between its various elementary units would be a tangled web of overwhelming complexity, at least random as it appears. Yet as researchers have recently learned, collaboration networks are far from being random. Barab a si and Albert discover many observed networks such as movie-actor network fall into the class of scale-free networks, meaning that they have power-law (or scale-free) degree distributions. As it turns out, this network reveals remarkable mathematical regularities and shares important topological features with other collaboration networks, including webs of social interaction, biological networks, and graph of other technological fields. Owing to the highly developed industry and the increment of power resources, bulks of data form complicated relation between them. The paper mainly studies the power-system networks to give a solution to the power-resource management.
