摘  要:随着电网中大量非线性、冲击性和非对称性电力电子器件越来越多的应用,谐波污染越来越严重,需要对电网中的谐波含量进行实时监测,本文提出了一种基于AD73360和TMS320F2812的数据测量方法。AD73360是美国AD公司推出的新型A/D转换器,它具有各路采样转换的同步性,主要应用与三相电量测量等多路输入系统。TMS320F2812是TI公司推出的一款32位定点DSP处理器芯片,处理速度可达150MIPS,能够进行复杂的算法运算,满足系统实时处理的要求。其McBSP模块有6个接口,能与AD73360模数转换设备兼容。FFT变换在电力系统电力谐波测量中具有广泛的应用。本文主要介绍了AD73360的主要性能,给出了TMS320F2812与AD73360接口的电路设计、相关软件程序设计、FFT变换的均方根算法和使用FFT变换进行信号处理。With the application of more and more nonlinear, impulsive and asymmetric power electronic devices in grid, harmonic pollution has become increasingly serious. We need to monitor grid harmonic content in real-time. This paper presents a data measurement method based on AD73360 and TMS320F2812. AD73360 is a new A/D converter promoted by AD company of USA which has the ability of sample and convert separate ways data synchronously. It is mainly used in multi-input system such as three-phase electrical parameter measurement. TMS320F2812 is a 32 bit fixed point DSP processor chip which is designed by TI corporation, processing rate up to 150MIPS, could carry out complex arithmetic operations and measure up to the requirements of real-time processing system. The McBSP module has six interfaces that are compatible with the AD73360 equipment. FFT Transform has a wide range of applications in the electric power system harmonic measurement. This paper introduces technique performance of AD73360 and provided design of interface circuit with TMS320F2812, software programming, root mean square algorithm of FFT transform and signal processing with FFT transform.
