摘  要:对在役水工钢闸门进行安全评估时,往往采用传统的、单一的"锈蚀速度"来表征结构抗力变化过程,方法过于简单。以某平原水利枢纽的节制闸平面钢闸门服役10 a后的检测为例,提出采用DM4DL型超声波金属厚度检测仪测量钢板蚀余厚度,并对检测数据当量正态化,获得供可靠度分析用的厚度分布函数,通过蒙特卡罗抽样随机有限元分析,计算当前钢闸门主梁的可靠度指标,以此判定当前的钢闸门是否安全。In the safety assessment of in-service steel gate,only corrosion rate is used to indicate the change process of structural resistance traditionally,which is rather simple.Taking the detection data of plane steel gate for a regulation sluice that has been serving for 10 years as an example,we detect the residual thickness of steel plate with DM4DL ultrasonic metal thickness detector,and then perform the equivalent normalization for the detection data to provide thickness distribution function for reliability analysis.Through Monte Carlo sampling stochastic finite element analysis,the reliability indicator of main beam of the current steel gate is calculated,according to which we can make judgment on whether the steel gate is safe or not.
