摘  要:以引进的18份羊茅属(Festuca L)为材料,在苗期持续干旱胁迫下,研究其生理指标变化,并对其抗旱性进行综合评价。结果表明:脯氨酸、可溶性糖、细胞质膜透性随着干旱胁迫的加大而显著增加,叶片相对含水量则显著递减。膜系统受损程度与叶片保水和抗旱性呈负相关。干旱胁迫限制了植株的生长发育,所试材料地上、地下生物量及高度都不同程度地受到抑制,抑制程度因不同材料基因型而有所不同。羊茅属材料抗旱性与生物量、株高呈正相关。采用隶属函数对其抗旱性进行综合评价,18份羊茅相对抗旱的材料是8,9,12,对干旱相对敏感的材料是5,6,15。18 accessions of festuca germplasmresource were tested undercontinuous drought to study physiological response and comprehensive evaluation at seedling stage.The result shows:the proline,soluble sugar,membrane permeability content increased with the increasing of drought stress significantly,leaf relative watercontent decreasded sharply.It was negatively related between the damage of membrane system and leaf retention of water content under drought stress.Growing development was limited under drought stress.The height,aboveground biomass,underground biomass of 18 accesses were dropped at different degree depending on tested genotypes.A positive correlation was shown between drought resistance and height,aboveground biomass,underground biomass et al morphological indexes.The drought resistance of these materials were comprehensively evaluated with membership function method.The above synthesis shows that the accessions 8,9,12 are of drought tolerance and the accessions 5,6,15 relatively drought sensitive.
