摘　　要："全面协调可持续"是科学发展观的基本要求。新中国成立初期,毛泽东提出的统筹兼顾、两条腿走路、有计划按比例发展、综合平衡、波浪式前进、人类本身的生产要与社会生产相适应和维护生态平衡等思想,集中体现了"全面协调可持续"的要求。＂Comprehensively,harmony and sustainable＂ is the essential requirements of the scientific outlook of development.In the early years of PRC,Mao Zedong＇s thought that to walk in two legs,development must have plans the proportionate,that to keep overall balance,that to maintain the development rhythm,that must make humanity＇s production fit in with the social product,that must make ecological balance,and so on.It embodied ＂comprehensively,harmony and Sustainable＂.
