摘　　要：改革开放以来,中国现代农业呈现出产业融合发展趋势。文章运用交易成本理论,以企业为单位,通过分析企业行为演变及其相应的企业组织或制度变迁,揭示了现代农业纵向和横向产业融合发展机制。Since reform and opening up,China＇s modern agriculture development presents the trends of industrial convergence.Using transaction cost,choosing company as analyzing unit,this paper analyzes the change of company＇s conduct and corresponding organization or institution,and then reveals vertical and horizontal industrial convergence mechanism of modern agriculture development.
