摘  要:研究了用注凝成型工艺制备用于太阳能热发电Al2O3-ZrO2(3Y,3%Y2O3,摩尔分数)-SiC(AZS)复相陶瓷。以SiC、纳米ZrO2和Al2O3粉体为原料,加入凝胶有机单体(丙烯酰胺)、交联有机单体(N-N亚甲基双丙烯酰胺)、凝胶引发剂(过硫酸铵)、凝胶催化剂(N-N-N′四甲基乙二胺)、分散剂(柠檬酸胺),制备了固相质量含量高达85%,黏度为52.5mPa·s的A12O3基陶瓷悬浮体,经注凝成型,1480℃烧结样品。检测了料浆及烧结样品的相关理化性能及显微结构。结果表明,悬浮体固化后颗粒仍保持原有的位置,坯体结构均匀;坯体经1480℃烧结,样品吸水率为0.98%,气孔率为1.02%,体积密度为3.843g/cm3,抗弯强度达183.3MPa,经7次抗热震(在空气中急冷,温差为975℃)实验后,样品抗弯强度为150.1MPa。抗热震实验后,抗弯强度下降18.1%,满足太阳能热发电输热管道的要求。Al2O3-ZrO2(3Y,3% in mole Y2O3)-SiC composite ceramics(AZS) used in concentrating power system(CPS) were prepared by gelcasting.The Al2O3 suspension with a solid content up to 85% in mass,and 52.5 mPa·s in viscosity,was prepared with SiC,nano-sized ZrO2 and Al2O3 powders as the raw materials,and additional gel organic monomer(acrylamide),cross-linked organic monomer(N-N methylene diacrylamide),gel initiator(ammonium persulphate),catalyst(N-N-N'tetramethyl ethylenediamine),and dispersant(citrate amine).AZS samples were produce by gelcasting A12O3 suspension and sintered at 1 480 ℃.The microstructures,physical and chemical properties of AZS samples were examined.The results show that the water absorption,porosity,bulk density and bending strength of the AZS sample prepared by gelcasting are 0.98%,1.02%,3.843 g/cm3 and 183.3 MPa,respectively.Those reveal that with in-situ immobilization process of gelcasting,the suspension grains keep their original positions in the solidified green body with homogeneous distribution and without particle agglomeration.After 7 times quenching from high temperature to room temperature(Δθ in the range of 25-1 000 ℃) in air,the bending strength decreased from 183.3 to 150.1 MPa.It can meet the requirement of the heat transfer pipelines in CPS because of only 18.1% loss in strength in the thermal shock test.
