摘  要:研究了固溶后应变时效处理对CuNiCoBe合金的电导率和硬度的影响。通过测量合金冷变形后恒温时效过程中的硬度和电导率变化,并根据电导率与新相的转变量之间的内在关系,计算出时效过程中新相的转变比例,推导出不同冷变形量、不同温度下描述CuNiCoBe合金时效时的新相体积分数与时效时间关系的Avrami经验方程及不同应变时效处理工艺下计算电导率随时效时间变化的电导率方程。The effects of solution treatment and strain aging treatment on conductivity and hardness of CuNiCoBe alloy were investigated through measuring the changes of the conductivity and the hardness of the alloy in the process of constant temperature aging after cold-deformation.The coefficients of the transformation kinetics equation of the alloy's phase transformation,the avrami transformation kinetics equation and the electric conductivity equation of the CuNiCoBe alloy after solution treatment and cold deformation+aging at different temperature were gained by calculation.
