摘  要:基于多道次局部小变形累积整体成形的思路,采用新型的楔形压制对大尺寸多孔性喷射沉积SiC颗粒增强Al-8.5Fe-1.3V-1.7Si复合材料板坯进行有效致密,对楔形压制致密后的板坯进行多道次轧制制得复合材料板材,对比研究了传统的挤压致密后轧制的工艺。结果表明,楔形压制能产生有效的静水压力,使板坯中的孔洞有效弥合、沉积坯中的弱界面和层状组织得到有效改善,从而使其成形性能得到提高。与传统的挤压后轧制工艺相比,通过楔形压制后轧制,工艺更为简单可行,SiC颗粒分布更均匀,其力学性能也更好。板材室温下的抗拉强度达520MPa,屈服强度为450MPa,伸长率为6.5%。A new wedge pressing process for compressing large scale porous spray deposition Al-8.5Fe-1.3V-1.7Si composite board reinforced with SiC particles was adopted based on the idea of accumulating local small deformation so as to integral forming,the preforms as-pressing were subsequently rolled.The spray deposited preforms rolled after extruding were comparatively investigated.The results show that,with large hydrostatic pressure,the pores,fragile interface and lamellar structure in the composite as-deposited are effectively eliminated orimproved,and the deformability is subsequently improved.Compared with the composite sheets as-rolled after extruding,those as-rolled sheets after pressing have more homogenous distribution of SiC particles and more excellent mechanical properties.Through the method,the tensile strength and yield strength of the composite sheets are up to 520 MPa and 450 MPa,respectively,and the elongation of the sheet is 6.5%.
