拟盘旋线虫属一新种(线虫门:垫刃目:纽带科)

摘　　要：描述了拟盘旋线虫属一新种，即蛟河拟盘旋线虫Ｐａｒａｒｏｔｙｌｅｎｃｈｕｓｊｉａｏｈｅｎｓｉｓｓｐ．ｎｏｖ．，新种的近似种是截头拟盘旋线虫Ｐ．ｔｒｕｎｃｏｃｅｐｈａｌｕｓ，主要区别是新种虫体、口针较小。Pararotylenchus jiaohensis sp.nov. (Figs.16) The new species,collected from rhizosphere of soybean ( Glycine max )in Jiaohe(127°21′E,43°43′N),Jilin Province,is described and illustrated. The new species bears following characters:Female:L=746±61 8(660890)μm,a=25±2 7(2130),b′=5 4±0 42(4 96 1),c=28±1 7(2632),V=58±1 2(5560),ST=29 3±0 42(27 531 3)μm,DGO=5 9±0 38(5 07 5)μm.Habitus spiral or “6” shaped.Lip region continuous with body contour,slightlyflattened anteriorly,with 68 annules.Stylet knobs round,slightlyflattened anteriorly.Lateral canals well developed in the body.Spermatheca indistinct and without sperm.Phasmid located 49 annules posterior to anus.Tail tapering and more curved dorsally with 1116 ventral annules,terminus with sparse striae or without any striae.Male not found. The new species is most similar to P.truncocephalus Baldwin et Bell,1981,but differs from it by 1) smaller body and shorter stylet(vs.L=1267±32(1140 1410)μm,ST=34 37±0 46(31 5 36 0)μm in P.truncocephalus );2)smaller c value (vs.c=36 36±1 61(30 0 43 5) in P.truncocephalus );3)excretory pore located near junction of isthmus and oesophageal gland body(vs.near level of oesophagointestinal valve in P.truncocephalus ).
