24 epibrassinolide Promoting the Cell Division of Dunaliella salina Relation to Ca^(2+) and Calmodulin

摘  要:外加24表油菜素内酯(24epiBL) 无论在光下或暗中均可促进盐藻细胞分裂数的增加,激动素只在光下具有这种作用。外界Ca2+ 浓度升高时,24epiBL 促进细胞分裂的效果更为明显,而EGTA 可以抑制24epiBL引起的促进作用。Verapamil、W7 、环己酰亚胺均可抑制盐藻细胞分裂。Ca2 + 载体A23187 在低浓度(0 .25 μmol/L) 时具有促进分裂的作用。可以认为24epiBL对低等单细胞藻类具有生理作用,并且,其促进盐藻细胞分裂的机制与激动素是不同的,它不仅与Ca2 + 有关,而且与钙调素也有较密切的关系。epibrassinolide was found to promote the cell division of Dunaliella salina,at a concentration as low as 0.005 mg/L, with an optimal concentration at about 0.5 mg/L(Fig.1). In contrast to kinetin,which is effective only in light, 24 epiBL could promote cell division both in light and in the dark(Fig.3). With Ca 2+ , EGTA, A 23187 , and Verapamil we found that the promoting of cell division by 24 epiBL was related to Ca 2+ and Ca 2+ channel. The depression effect of W 7 indicates that the cell division of Dunaliella salina relates to calmodulin (CaM) (Fig.9). These results may indicate that 24 epiBL could promote cell division of Dunaliella salina and has a different way from kinetin. Moreover, 24 epiBL has its effect on the cell division through increasing cytoplasm Ca 2+ concentration.The results also imply that 24 epiBL regulated cell division through its effect on protein synthesis.
