摘　　要：以1,10-邻菲罗啉为起始原料,经3步反应制得5,6-二胺-1,10-邻菲罗啉(2);2与3,5-二溴水杨醛缩合,合成了新化合物2-(2,4-二溴苯酚基)-1H-咪唑[4,5-f][1,10]邻菲罗啉(4),其结构经1H NMR,IR,元素分析和X-射线单晶衍射表征。利用UV-Vis和荧光光谱研究了4在DMSO中对六种阴离子(X-=F-,Cl-,Br-,I-,HPO2-及AcO-)的识别性能。结果表明,4对F-,HPO2-和AcO-具有选择性的识别作用。A novel compound,2-（2,4-dibromophenol）-1H-imidazo[4,5-f][1,10] phenanthroline（4）,was synthesized by condensation of 3,5-dibromo-salicyaldehydel with 1,10-phenanthroline-5,6-diamine which was prepared from 1,10-phenanthroline by a three-step reaction.The structure of 4 was characterized by 1H NMR,IR,elements analysis and X-ray crystal diffraction analysis.The recongnition properties of 4 with six anions（X-= F-,Cl-,Br-,I-,H2PO2-4,AcO-） were investigated in DMSO by UV-Vis and fluorescence.The results showed that 4 exhibited selectively recognized propertied for AcO-,F-and H2PO2-4.
