摘　　要：重乡谊、讲团结,同乡之间互相支持、风雨同舟的合作精神,始终流淌在古今浙商的血脉中,构成了古今浙商世代相传的文化基因,成为他们相互支持、风雨同舟,共同抵御危难险阻的精神支柱。这种重乡谊、讲团结的合作精神,植根于中国特色、浙江地域特点的文化之中,尤其是注重亲缘和准亲缘关系的家族文化之中。The important attachment to friendship and solidarity,mutual support between townspeople regardless of situation makes up the cultural basis of Zhejiang businesspersons,which flows in their blood all the time.Throughout the history,the emphysis of co-operation is the spiritual pillar of Zhejiang businesspersons to stand together against dangers and overcome difficulties,which is deep-rooted in Chinese family culture and conforms to Zhejiang＇s geographical features,more importantly,through kinship and affinity.
