论工会在民主实现形式中的价值

摘　　要：以民主的实现形式为视角,对中国工会在民主实践中的价值进行了探讨,认为中国工会通过多层次以及多种形式的行动,促进了民主实现形式的丰富与发展,使人民当家作主的权利得到了更充分的体现。计划经济体制向市场经济体制的转轨,对中国工会的功能提出了挑战,工会要适应这一变化,应通过多方面的改革,积极推进工会的发展。Based on the reality of democracy in China from the perspective of form of trade union in democracy practice,this paper probe into the value of that Chinese trade unions promote the enrichment and development of realization forms of democracy through multilevel and various forms of actions,so that the people＇s rights to master their own destiny have been more fully reflected.With the transition from planned economy to market economy,Chinese trade unions are posed great challenges to adapt to this change,thus it should actively promote the development of trade unions through wide-range reform.
