摘　　要：国民政府时期,民主与专制在政治实践中呈现一种离合态势,近代中国为民主与专制提供了同时存在的空间,特殊的历史环境为专制政治的选择提供了可能性和现实性,专制政治的选择又最终导致国民政府失去了政权存在的合法性基础。During the National Government Era,democracy and autocracy demonstrated an existence space in which they had a relation of ＇both off and together.This paper provides a retrospect on the special historical environment which supplied the politics with the possibility and reality for the autocracy.However,it is the supply that led to the loss of the legitimacy of the existence of the regime of the Nationalist Government.
