转型期我国社会体育政策执行模式研究

摘　　要：对转型期我国社会体育政策执行模式进行分析,认为执行主体单一、执行工具单调、执行结构不合理、执行机制运行不畅是影响我国社会体育政策执行效果的主要原因。据此提出以下对策,扩大社会体育政策执行主体,从政府独舞走向社会共治;丰富社会体育政策执行工具,从命令控制走向灵活多样;改革社会体育政策执行结构,协调主体利益关系;完善社会体育政策执行机制,促进社会体育政策顺利执行。Based on the analysis of the execution patterns of our country＇s social sports policies in transition,this paper thinks that a single execution subject,monotonous execution tools,unreasonable execution structure and unsmooth operation of execution mechanism are the main causes of influencing the execution effects of our country＇s social sports policies and puts forward the following countermeasures： enlarge the execution subject of social sports policies,from government to the whole society;enrich the execution tools of social sports policies,from command control to flexible ways;change the execution structure of social sports policies to balance the relations among different subject interests;improve the execution mechanism of social sports policies to promote the smooth execution of social sports policies.
