摘 要:[目的]调查广东省医生主观幸福感的现状,进一步探讨医生主观幸福感产生的相关因素。[方法]采用自编的《医生主观幸福感量表》、《主观幸福感自陈量表》、《总体生活满意感量表》和《情感平衡量表》,对广东省432名医生进行抽样调查。[结果]广东省医生的总体主观幸福感达到中等水平,发达城市深圳市、广州市的医生整体主观幸福感水平较高,而年龄、月薪、行政职务、职称等因素对总体幸福感有重要影响。[结论]建议增强提升医生工作幸福感的意识、重视对医生的培训、制定有效的绩效报酬制度、为医生创建一个和谐的人文环境,同时医生也必须积极进行自我调整。Objective To survey on Guangdong provincial doctor's subjective well-being and further probe its influence factors. Methods The doctor's happiness questionnaire such as SWB, SISRSWBS, GSWLS and ABS are designed and used to investigate 432 doctors in Guangdong province by random sampling approach. Results The general sense of Guangdong provincial doctor's subjective well-being scored on the average. The sense of well-being in the developed cities such as Shenzhen and Guangzhou was significantly higher than other areas. There are many statistical variables, including age, salary, administrative duties, titles ere, which have important impact on the general sense of well-being. Conclusion It is nessary to strengthen the awareness of doctor's job well-being, hemphasis on the training of doctors, draw up effective performance payment system, create a harmonious and cultural environment for doctors, while doctors should make self-regulating actively.
