聚合性痤疮脏腑虚损成因浅析

摘　　要：聚合性痤疮皮损主要表现为黑头粉刺、囊肿、脓疱、结节及破溃流脓血的瘘管,愈合后易形成显著的瘢痕或瘢痕疙瘩。以往中医多按照热毒炽盛或胃肠湿热来进行辨证论治,文章认为该病的发生实为正虚痰凝所致,其中脏腑虚损为主要病机,阐述了其成因。Lesions of acne conglobata mainly are blackhead,cysts,pustules,nodules and fistula of the pus and blood flow from rupturing, which is easy to forming a significant scar or keloid after healing. with TCM,both over-heat and damp-heat in stomach and intestines were the most popular patterns of this disease. Actually,the cause of disease were deficiency of healthy qi and phlegm stagnation,and explained its causes of deficiency disease of viscera.
