摘　　要：介绍了保定市近年来污染减排的进展情况,针对保定市面临的形势和存在的问题,提出了相应的对策建议。并针对目前污染减排核算工作中存在的缺陷,提出了改进意见。The recent status of pollutants emission reduction in Baoding city was introduced. Based on the conditions and existed problems, some corresponding countermeasures were put forward. Aiming at the deficiency in the accounting work of pollutants emission reduction, some improving suggestions was given.
