摘  要:目的分析高温作业对职业暴露人群神经行为功能的影响。方法以某工厂41名高温作业工人作为高温组,选择同厂非高温作业工人53名作为对照组,参照WHO神经行为功能测验组合(Neurobehavioral CoreTest Batteries,NCTB),综合评价高温对作业工人神经行为功能的影响。结果高温组情感状态测试中6类情感要素中消极情绪状态:紧张-焦虑、忧郁-沮丧、愤怒-敌意、疲惫-惰性、困惑-迷恋的得分中高温组均高于非高温组(P<0.05)。数字译码项高温组工人得分低于非高温组工人得分(P<0.05),其余项无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论高温对作业者的神经行为功能有一定不良影响,应加强对高温作业者的职业防护措施,减少高温对作业者的损害。Objective To investigate the neurobehavioral function effects of high-temperature operation in occupational exposure workers.Methods 41 high-temperature operators were selected as high-temperature group and 53 workers in the same factory without exposure to high-temperature were selected as control group.Taking Neurobehavioral Core Test Batteries by WHO(NCTB) as reference,neurobehavioral function effect of high-temperature operation on occupational exposure workers were evaluated comprehensively,Results 6 emotional elements in emotional questionnaire such as nervous-Anxiety,melancholy-depression,anger-hostility,weary-lazy,puzzle-obsession were measured and scores of them in high-temperature group were higher than those in controls(P0.05).Conclusion High-temperature operating has adverse effects on neurobehavioral function and protective measures should be strengthened for workers exposed to high-temperature environment.
