摘 要:针对装备维修训练中各种机械故障不易设计、设置和实现等问题,对装备常见的机械零件和机械故障进行分类分析,并对故障设置方法进行系统归纳和总结,提出快速完全替换法、局部替换法和调整法3种故障设置方法,并对常见的机械故障给出具体的技术路线。以齿轮为例采用快速完全替换法、局部替换法对齿轮的磨损、断裂、啮合间隙等故障的设置方法进行了设计。研究内容对提高装备维修训练效果具有较强实用价值。Since there existed some problems of that a variety of mechanical malfunctions were not easy to design,setup and realize in equipment maintenance and training,common mechanical malfunctions of various parts in equipments were classified and analyzed in detail,and the setup method of mechanical malfunctions was introduced and summarized.Three kinds of setup method of mechanical malfunctions,i.e.the rapid and complete interchange method,the partial interchange method and the adjustment method were put forward.For several common mechanical malfunctions,some realization technical routes were given according to above setup methods of mechanical malfunctions.Taking gear as an example,its setup methods such as wearing,fracture and clearance faults were designed by means of the rapid and complete interchange method and the partial interchange method.This research has obviously practical values for effect enhancement of equipments mechanical maintenance and training.
