摘 要:自动机工作过程中要求供弹系统具备快速和频繁的起停能力。如果用电源直接驱动供弹执行机构,将大幅降低电源的工作效率,对系统其他单元用电产生较大冲击,为系统的电气设计带来诸多问题。如果在动力源的内部增加贮能装置,就能保证对动力源的小功率输入,大脉冲功率输出。设计了一种节能型油源作为供弹系统的动力源。试验证明,该油源适应供弹系统的工作特点,可推广应用于类似的低功率输入和高脉冲功率输出的工况。Ammunition feeding system must have the capability of stopping and starting quickly and frequently during the operation process of the automatic mechanism.If the electric power supply was directly used to drive the executive mechanism of ammunition feeding system,the efficiency of power supply was greatly decreased,and it also had influence on the other parts of the system,at the same time it could result in many difficult problems in the process of electric design of the system.Added A kind of accumulator inside the power supply,the power supply can work in the conditions of lower power input and higher pulse power output.A kind of hydraulic power source resulted from energy-saving technology was designed to apply to high-speed ammunition feeding system.The hydraulic power is adapted to the working features of high-speed ammunition feeding system.It can be applied to the similar situations with lower power input and higher pulse power output.
