摘 要:应用于弹道修正技术的数字信号处理器普遍存在自身模/数转换精度不高的问题,严重影响到弹道修正效率和火炮射击精度。通过分析产生增益和偏移误差的原因,提出了利用精准电压源进行校正和补偿的计算方法,能够有效提高数据采集精度,降低系统误差。利用CCS3.3程序调试平台采集已知电压信号并对比分析校正量和无校正量,证明该方法能够有效修正系统均值误差、降低系统噪声,该方法可为提高弹道修正系统数据采集精度提供参考。Digital signal processor used in trajectory correction technology usually had the problem of lower A/D conversion accuracy,and it had serious effect on the efficiency of trajectory correction and firing accuracy of gun.By means of analyzing the reason of the gain and offset errors,the method of precision voltage source correction and compensation was proposed.This method can effectively improve the accuracy of data collection and greatly reduce the system error.The CCS3.3 programme debug platform was used to perform the known signal acquisition,and then compare the date before and after correction.The results proved that this method can effectively correct the system mean error,greatly reduce the system noise,and it can provide a certain reference value for improving accuracy of data collection in trajectory correction system.
