摘 要:现有武装直升机武器系统的校准工作因过程复杂,且需大量专用设备和高技术专门人员,在大纵深的近战场情况下无法得到充分的保障。在充分利用机上电子设备、头盔显示瞄准系统和武器设备的基础上,增加了3套塔台装置、自动调准系统和误差评估系统,密切了各组元的相互联系,加强了对动态校靶过程的管理和控制,从而使校靶不再依赖专用地面设备和人员,实现了校靶工作的自动化和动态化。既可降低维护费用,又能大大提高武器校准的准确性,可为未来武装直升机的设计制造提供很好的借鉴。Nowadays the calibration course of attack helicopters weapon system is very complex,and it also needs many special equipments and skilled maintenance crews,so the helicopters cannot get enough support under conditions of large depth and near-battlefield.On the basis of airborne electrical devices,helmet mounted display and sight system and weapon devices,three sets of turreted devices,automatic alignment system and misalignment assessment system were added,the relations bteween the system components were osculated,and the procedure of dynamic calibration was managed and controlled.Thus the boresight calibration was no longer dependent on peculiar ground support equipments and maintenance crews,and the calibration work was improved to realize automatization and dynamic representation.The design can not only reduce the cost of maintenance,but also considerably improve the calibration accuracy,and provide the better reference for design and manufacture of future attack helicopters.
