摘  要:目的通过免疫荧光技术和激光共聚焦技术观察紫花地丁水浸出物对HepG2.2.15细胞内HBsAg、HBeAg和HBcAg的影响。方法以HepG2.2.15细胞作为研究模型,选用拉米夫定作为阳性对照药物,采用LSCM观察紫花地丁水浸出物作用3d后,免疫荧光技术标记的细胞内HBsAg、HBeAg和HBcAg的变化。结果紫花地丁对HepG2.2.15细胞内三种抗原均有抑制作用,且优于拉米夫定。拉米夫定对细胞内HBcAg无明显抑制作用。结论紫花地丁对HepG2.2.15细胞内HBsAg、HBeAg和HBcAg有抑制作用。Objective To study the effect of Viola Yedoensis Makino on intracellular HBsAg,HBeAg and HBcAg of HepG2.2.15 cells by using confocal immunoflurescence analysis.Methods Using the human hepatoma G2.2.15 cells as study model and lamivudine as positive medicine,the variation of intracellular HBsAg,HBeAg and HBcAg effected by Viola Yedoensis Makino for three day detected by laser confocal scanning microscopy.Results Viola Yedoensis Makino can reduce the content of HBsAg,HBeAg and HBcAg in HepG2.2.15 cells,on which the inhibition effect is stronger than lamivudine.Lamivudine has no inhibition effect on intracellular HBcAg.Conclusions Viola Yedoensis Makino has inhibitive effects against intracellular HBsAg,HBeAg and HBcAg of HepG2.2.15 cells.
