我院住院患者抗菌药物应用分析

摘　　要：目的了解我院住院病人2006～2008抗菌药物使用情况,评价临床应用合理性。方法根据我院信息管理系统,对这3年住院药房药品消耗数据进行统计,采用WHO推荐的限定日剂量(DDD)方法对这几年抗菌药物用药频度DDDs、日用药金额DDC(元)、药物利用指数(DUI)及金额排序进行统计分析。结果 3年来抗菌药物使用率分别为42.10%,38.40%,36.69%。使用最高的为头孢菌素类、其他类、喹诺酮类及硝咪唑类等。结论我院抗菌药物临床应用基本合理。Objective To realize the use of antibiotics of our hospital patients from 2006-2008,evaluate the rationality of the clinical.Methods According to our hospital Information management system,We made a statistic of the drugs consumption records of inpatient pharmacy.By using WHO recommended daily dose limit（defined daily dose,DDD） methods to statistical analysis the usage rate of the antibiotic drugs,the cost of daily drug use,drug utilization index,and sum sequencing.Results The antibiotic drugs use rate is respectively 42.10%,38.40%,36.69% for the last three years.The maximum used antibiotics are the cephalosporin,other classes,quinolone,Nitramisole and etc.Conclusions The clinical application of antibiotics of our hospital is basically rational.
