输血科的职能作用与血浆的合理使用

摘　　要：目的了解输血科的职能在临床合理使用血浆中所发挥的作用。方法严格按卫生部颁发临床输血技术规范(血浆使用指南)的要求,对本院临床各科室申请使用血浆的病例进行审核和指导。结果通过对本院三年(2007～2009)血浆用量的统计,血浆的使用比例逐年下降,基本趋于合理。结论输血科在临床合理使用血浆中起到了管理和监督作用。Objective To realize the role of blood transfusion department in the scientific and reasonable use of plasma.Methods According to a guide to Technological Specification In Clinical Blood Transfusion by Ministry of Public Health,we checked all request paper and strictly carried out the indications in blood transfusion.We also supervised the plasma usage in clinical department.Results Of three years,we were statistic data of plasma.It was shown that plasma usage has decreased remarkably year after year.Up to now,clinical plasma usage is basically scientific and reasonable.Conclusions From above all,the department of blood transfusion plays important role in reasonable use of plasma,especially in management and supervision.
