摘　　要：社会技能是国内外心理学家共同关注的一个重要的心理问题。对大学生的身心健康、学习、人际交往等有着重要的影响。社会技能障碍是导致大学生网络成瘾的重要原因,它会促使大学生从网络的虚拟状态中寻找精神依托和心理的满足感。因此,从提高其社会技能入手对网络成瘾大学生进行干预是一条有效的途径。Social skills are an important psychological problems that have been common concerned by abroad and home psychologists.It has an important effect on body and mind well-being,learning and interpersonal communication etc.Poor social skills lead to internet addiction of college students,and it may force undergraduates to search for sprits support and psychological satisfaction.Hence,improving social skills applied to intervene in internet addiction of college students is a valid means.
