摘　　要：老年人才是人才资源的重要组成部分。在我国老龄化社会到来的形势下,充分认识老年人才资源的作用,具有战略性的意义。文章从政治价值、经济价值、社会价值、文化价值等多视角,对当代中国老年人才资源开发的意义进行了阐述。The aged talents are an important part of human resources.Under the situation of entering the aging society,it is of strategic significance to fully aware of the effect of the aged talents.From the multiviews of political value,economic value,social value and cultural value,this article analyzes and discusses the significance of the exploitation of the aged talents in modern China.
