摘　　要：公安学员综合能力特征评析系统,是公安高等职业院校素质教育的重要组成部分。传统的公安学员评价基本是知识本位的评价,虽然这种评价方便、简单、易行,却忽略了对学员综合能力的评价。文章阐述了公安学员综合能力特征评析系统的内涵、理论依据,并对公安学员综合能力特征评析系统主要内容进行了探讨;最后,论述了构建公安学员综合能力特征评析系统应采取的措施。Evaluation system for synthetical ability characteristic of police students is the important component part of quality education for police higher professional college.Traditional evaluation of police students is basical evaluation for knowledge.Although this evaluation is convenient and easy perform,it is neglect for the synthical ability characteristic of police students.This thesis says connotation and theorical foundation of evaluation system for synthetical ability characteristic of police students.It also continues making an inquiry into evaluation system for synthetical ability characteristic of police students.Finally it adopts a measure on how to construct evaluate system for synthetical ability characteristic of police students.
