摘　　要：针对地毯簇绒机成圈运动的时间配合关系和簇绒工艺要求之间不匹配会影响簇绒地毯质量的问题,提出地毯簇绒过程中时间配合的分析要点,并以此改进出非简谐方式时间配合的成圈运动机构。经过ADAM S运动分析验证该成圈运动机构可以较好地满足簇绒工艺的要求。The time coordination of loop-forming motion can not match the requirement of tufting process,which is the reason for unevenness of the carpet surface.In view of the problem,the paper presents the key point of the time coordination in the carpet tufting process,and designs a new loop-forming motion device based on non-simple harmonic motion（n-SHM）.Through ADAMS motion simulation,the loop-forming device is well conform to the requirements of the0 carpet tufting process.
