摘　　要：China's National Energy Administration(NEA)is organizing formulation of the 2011-2020 plan on development of emerging energy indusrty(which includes new energy,nuclear power and unconventional natural gas,ext.)China＇s National Energy Administration （NEA） is organizing formulation of the 2011-2020 plan on development of emerging energy indusrty （which includes new energy, nuclear power and unconventional natural gas, ext.） in order to promote development of the emerging energy industry and fulfill the carbon emission reduction target by 2020. Based on the plan, the country will increase direct investment in the industry by RMB5 trillion in the next decade.
