摘　　要：地质勘查预算标准动态调整机制是实现地质项目科学化管理的有效手段。实现预算标准动态管理必须做到:合理确定劳动消耗指标,科学搭建预算标准动态管理平台,实现劳动消耗、费用支出、预算标准三者的有机结合,快速对预算标准变化做出反应;加强对预算标准影响参数的管理,提高地质项目预算管理水平。The paper offers some methods required for realizing budget standard dynamic management, these include: rationally determining the labor consumption indicators; scientif ically building a budget standard dynamic management platform; achieving the integration of labor consumption, expenditure, budget standards, and quickly responding to changes in the budget standards; strengthening the management on the budget standards influence parameters; enhancing the level of geological project budget management.
