摘　　要：通过文献资料法,对近年来监控运动员身体机能状态的方法进行概括,并着重对生理生化指标方法的研究情况作了综述,同时指出机能指标在评定应用中的误区,为运动训练提供理论依据.In order to offer theoretical basis for sports training.By using the method of documentary,generalizing the methods of the physical function state in these years,putting emphasis on the overall description on the methods of researches situation in the physiological and biochemical indices and indicating the mistakes in applying function indices on evaluation.
