摘  要:通过在天然海水中添加H2O2进行室内模拟加速试验。通过失重分析、腐蚀形貌分析和产物组成分析研究了船体钢海水腐蚀模拟试验和自然腐蚀试验的相关性。利用Spearman秩相关系数法得到了相关系数。结果表明,在室内模拟加速试验与自然环境试验中,船体钢的腐蚀规律均符合幂函数模型,Spearman秩相关系数较高,两种试验方法具有较好的相关性。Indoor simulated and accelerated test of vessel steel corrosion was carried out by adding H2O2 in seawater.The relativity between natural and the artificial simulated and accelerated environmental test of vessel steel corrosion was studied through mass loss,corrosion image,and corrosion product analysis.The relativity was evaluated with the methods of Spearman order relativity.The results showed that,in both the conditions of field and laboratory,the corrosion process of steel could be described by power function model.The value of Spearman order relativity coefficient is better.It was proved that the relativity between natural and the artificial accelerated environmental test was good.
