甲胺基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐与氟啶脲复配对小菜蛾室内毒力测定及防治效果研究

摘　　要：在室内测定了甲胺基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐与氟啶脲2种单剂及其混配对小菜蛾3龄幼虫的毒力,并在田间进行了1%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐EC和5%氟啶脲EC及其混用对小菜蛾的防治效果试验。结果表明,甲维盐与氟啶脲配比为1∶10时,其共毒系数最大,为最佳配比;制剂量比为1∶2(有效成分比为1∶10)时,在田间防治效果最好。The toxicities of Emamectin Benzoate,Chlorfluazuron and their mixture on 3rd instar larvae of Plutella xylostella L.were tested in laboratory,and the control effects of 1% of Emamectin Benzoate EC,5% of Chlorfluazuron EC and their mixture on Plutella xylostella L.were experimented in field.The results showed that the mixture of Emamectin Benzoate and Chlorfluazuron with ratio of 1：10 had the highest co-toxicity coefficient in laboratory and the best control effect in field.
