摘　　要：讨论一维椭圆型射影变换的特征常数,证明它的取值范围是复平面上单位圆z=1除去一点z=1。作为应用,给出了欧氏平面上旋转变换的射影定义。In the present paper,we consider the characterization constant of one dimensional projective transformation of elliptic type and prove that the range of the constant is the unit circle z=1 in the complex plane minus one point z=1.As its application,we obtain a projective definition for rotation in the Euclidean plane.
