精液迟缓液化患者红细胞免疫功能的初步研究

摘　　要：目的：评估精液迟缓液化致男性不育患者是否存在红细胞免疫功能的异常；方法：应用红细胞葡萄球菌蛋白Ａ（ＳＰＡ）花环试验及红细胞免疫调节因子试验，检测了３３例精液迟缓液化患者的红细胞免疫功能，包括红细胞Ｃ３ｂ受体花环率（ＲＲＣＦ）、红细胞ＳＰＡ花环率（ＲＲＳＦ）、红细胞混合花环率（ＲＭＲＦ）、裸红细胞（ＲＮＲ）及循环免疫复合物（ＣＩＣ），并与３２例健康男性志愿者进行了对照；结果：精液迟缓液化者ＲＲＣＦ降低（１９．８０％±５．３２％），ＲＲＳＦ增高（２５．０１％±２．８３％），ＣＩＣ亦增高（０．２２％±０．０４％），与健康男性比较，差异有非常显著性（均为Ｐ值＜０．００１）；结论：精液迟缓液化致男性不育者红细胞免疫功能异常，提示精液迟缓液化致不育症发病过程中免疫机制参与了作用。Objective:It is not clear whether the immune function disturbance exists in semen delayed liquefation(SDL) patients.In this study the red blood cell(RBC) immune function in SDL patients male infertility was evaluated to see whether it is abnormal or not.Methods:The tests of RBC SPA resette and RBC immune regulatory factor were used to determine RBC immune function including rate of RBC C 3b receptor rosette formation(PRCF),rate of RBC SPA rosette formation (RRSF),rate of mixed RBC rosette formation(RMRF),rate of nude RBC(RNR) and level of circulating immune comples(CIC) in 33 patients with SDL as well as in 32 normal health volunteers.Results:The results showed that RRCF(19.80%±5 32%)decreased significantly(p<0.001),RRSF(25.01%±2.83%)and CIC(0.22%±0.04%) increased significantly(p<0.001)in SDL patients as compared with the controls.Conclusions:This result suggests that there is disturbance of RBC immune function in male infertility patients reduced by SDL.
