摘　　要：依据《2005年丽水市国民体质监测数据》,选取20～59年龄段成年组男女身体形态、机能素质等指标数据,运用抽样调查法、数理统计法、文献资料法、比较分析法等方法,分析与探讨丽水市成年男女体质健康的变化规律,为政府及有关部门实施全民健身计划提供科学的决策依据。Based on the data of National Constitution Test in Lishui City in 2005,the paper selected the index of body shape,organic quality,and so on among the 20~59 years old adults.Using spot check,data statistics,literature study,and comparing method,it analyzed and discussed the changing law of body constitution of adult in Lishui city,to provide the basis of scientific decision-making for the government in putting the nationwide body-building plan in practice.
