摘　　要：以经济体制转型和基本经济制度构建为内涵的经济制度创新始终构成了社会主义和谐社会建设的重大理论课题和实践课题;然而,和谐社会的经济制度创新面临着路径依赖、制度博弈以及生态限度等困境,由此决定了社会主义和谐社会的有效实现必须积极寻求新的路径选择。The economic system innovation that takes the economic system transformation and basic economic institution construction as contents is always an important theoretical and practical issue in the construction of a harmonious socialist society;however,there are problems such as path dependence,system game and ecological limits in the economic system innovation of a harmonious society.Consequently,we must seek a new path in order to effectively realize the harmonious socialist society.
