近代上海钱业公会的维权机制研究

摘　　要：近代上海钱业公会通过协调和自我实施,聚合同业意愿和力量,形成一个多边声誉机制,以保护商人利益不受侵犯。本文运用重复博弈理论证明,以多边声誉机制为基础的行业协会制度是一种有效的市场制度,它能够防止政府侵权,扩大市场交易,从而增加社会收益和政府税收。Aggregating the desirability and strength of Shanghai Native Banks through the function of co-ordination and self-enforcement,Shanghai Native Banks＇ Guild created a multi-reputation mechanism to prevent governmental intrusion. Applying the theory of repeated games in this paper,we reach a conclusion that the Guild＇s institution based on the multireputation mechanism was an efficient one able to evade government intrusion,increased market transactions,and bring more social benefits and governmental tariffs.
