石墨炉原子吸收法检测血清铅方法研究

摘　　要：目的:建立一种快速、简便、准确的石墨炉原子吸收法检测血清铅方法。方法:通过改进样本前处理的方式,如加样、基体,升温程序等,寻找最佳检测条件,制订检测方法,确立检测程序。结果:对检测参数进行改进后,检测水平提高,准确度、精密度好,批内、批间结果满意。结论:改良后,该法简便快速、准确性高、重复性好,取得测定血清铅满意结果。Objective： To establish a rapid, simple and accurate graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry method in serum lead. Methods： The sample pre-treatment by improving the way, such as sample matrix, up procedures to find the best detection conditions, the development of detection methods, the establishment of testing procedures. Results： The parameters for the improved detection, detection level, accuracy, precision, and batches with satisfactory results. Conclusion： After improving, the method is simple, rapid, accurate, reproducible and lead to obtain serum with satisfactory results.
