摘  要:目的:建立一种快速、简便、准确的石墨炉原子吸收法检测血清铅方法。方法:通过改进样本前处理的方式,如加样、基体,升温程序等,寻找最佳检测条件,制订检测方法,确立检测程序。结果:对检测参数进行改进后,检测水平提高,准确度、精密度好,批内、批间结果满意。结论:改良后,该法简便快速、准确性高、重复性好,取得测定血清铅满意结果。Objective: To establish a rapid, simple and accurate graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry method in serum lead. Methods: The sample pre-treatment by improving the way, such as sample matrix, up procedures to find the best detection conditions, the development of detection methods, the establishment of testing procedures. Results: The parameters for the improved detection, detection level, accuracy, precision, and batches with satisfactory results. Conclusion: After improving, the method is simple, rapid, accurate, reproducible and lead to obtain serum with satisfactory results.
