推拿法对大鼠骨骼肌细胞SOD MDA CK的影响

摘　　要：目的:探索推拿法舒筋效应的细胞学机制。方法:采用细胞培养技术,培养大鼠四肢骨骼肌细胞,建立骨骼肌细胞损伤模型,将正常细胞和损伤细胞分别分为对照组、推拿组、推拿+维拉帕米组及损伤细胞学员推拿组,分别对各组细胞内SOD活力、MDA含量、CK活力进行检测。结果:损伤大鼠骨骼肌细胞在推拿法作用下细胞内SOD活力显著提高、MDA含量显著减少,细胞培养上清中CK活力显著下降。但加入钙离子拮抗剂维拉帕米以后各项指标的变化均受到明显抑制。结论:推拿法舒筋效应是通过钙离子的转运功能,提高了损伤骨骼肌细胞胞浆内自由基SOD活力,降低了MDA含量,减少了CK漏出,最终改善了肌张力,达到舒筋效应。Objective：To explore effects of Rolling manipulation on SOD,MDA and CK of rats＇ skeletal muscle.Methods：By the cell culture technology,the skeletal muscle cells of rats＇ limbs were cultured,and its damaged model was established then.Both normal cells and destroyed cells were divided into control group,Rolling manipulation group,and Rolling manipulation plus Verapamil group.In addition,the destroyed cells were imposed by beginners of Rolling manipulation.Finally,the vitality of SOD and CK,and the content of MDA were tested.Result：The result indicated that MDA in the cell and CK in the cell culture supernatant were significant declined,and SOD were significant increased under the machinery stimulation as Rolling manipulation.But they had no change when Verapamil was added in cultivated liquid.Conclusion：Softening tendon effects of Rolling manipulation was accomplished by the transport function of calciumion,through which increasing SOD activity,reducing MDA contents,and reducing the leakage of CK.
