耳针 山药对衰老雌性大鼠血清DHEA-S E_2骨密度及其腺体影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:根据雌性卵巢机能增龄性衰减的特性,研究耳针、山药抗衰老的可能机制。方法:Wistar大鼠适应性喂养1周后随机分为:耳针组、山药组、耳针加山药组,并设置老年对照组和青年对照组。治疗6周后,测定各组血清DHEA、E2、卵巢、肾上腺及卵巢的病理生理改变。结果:耳针、山药能有效改善老年大鼠的内分泌状况和自由基代谢;预防骨密度的降低;延缓性腺衰退。结论:耳针、山药具有延缓衰老的作用,从性激素代谢方面看,其可能的作用机理是,通过延缓性腺衰退,调节DHEA、E2的合成及分泌,维持DHEA、E2、骨密度在体内的一定含量,使其发挥抗氧化、调节免疫等多方面的生物学效应,从而起到延缓衰老的作用。Objective：To study the possible anti-aging mechanism of auricular acupuncture and Rhizoma Dioscoreae according to the aging attenuation of ovarian function.Methods：After one-week adaptive feeding,the Wistar rats were divided into elderly comparison group,auricular acupuncture group,Chinese medicine group,auricular acupuncture/Rhizoma Dioscoreae group and youth comparison group.And the physiological and pathological changes of blood serum DHEA,E2,adrenal glands and ovary were tested through 6-week therapy.Results：Auricular acupuncture and Rhizoma Dioscoreae can not only effectively improve the aging rats＇endocrine environment and free radical metabolism,but also prevent the decrease in bone mineral density and delay the gonadal attenuation.Conclusion：The therapy of auricular acupuncture and Rhizoma Dioscoreae can defer senility.The possible mechanism of it is to adjust the synthesis and secretion of DHEA,E2 by delaying the gonadal attenuation,so that the DHEA-S and E2,bone mineral density can be kept at the necessary level inside the body.According to this method,some biological effects such as antioxidation and immunoregulation can be performed well for deferring senility.
