摘　　要：喘脱为喘证的危候,但清代以前无喘脱病名,古代医家多从临床表现及脉象来认识喘脱,对喘脱的辨治对临床工作仍有重要指导意义,但也存在局限性及片面性,需要不断完善。Chuantuo is the dangerous symptom of Chuanzheng,But no name of Chuantuo before the Qing Dynasty,ancient physicians from the clinical manifestations and multi-pulse to know Chuantuo,treatment of the Chuantuo is still have great clinical guiding significance,but there are also limitations and one-sidedness,need to continuously improve.
