消抗汤治疗AsAb阳性不孕不育症临床研究

摘　　要：目的:研究消抗汤对不孕不育患者AsAb的影响。方法:将门诊120例AsAb阳性不孕不育患者随机分为两组,对照组50人给予口服小剂量强的松,治疗组70人给予口服消抗汤治疗1疗程,应用间接免疫荧光法对病人血清中的抗精子抗体(AsAb)进行检测。停药1个月后再次用间接免疫荧光法对病人血清中的抗精子抗体(AsAb)进行检测,观察其反跳率,并随访妊娠情况。结果:经治疗1疗程,对照组与治疗组中AsAb的转阴率分别为40%、71.4%;停药1个月后反跳率分别为50%、20%;抗体转阴后妊娠率分别为30%、70%;对照组10例患者出现体重明显增加、颜面部座疮、恶心、腹胀等不适,治疗组无不良反应。结论:中药消抗汤治疗AsAb阳性不孕不育疗效显著,反跳率低,用药安全。Objective：To study the influence of XiaoKang Tang treating infertility patients with AsAb.Methods：120 cases of outpatient infertility AsAb-positive patients were randomly divided into two groups,Fifty patients of control group were given a small dose of oral prednisone,Seventy patients of treatment group were given a course of oral xiaokangtang,Indirect immunofluorescence assay of serum anti-sperm antibodies（AsAb）for testing.One month after withdrawal again adopt indirect immunofluorescence assay of serum anti-sperm antibodies（AsAb）to detect,observe the rebound rate,and follow-up pregnancy situation.Results：After a course of treatment,The negative conversion rates of control group and treatment group with AsAb were 40%,71.4% ;One month after withdrawal,the rebound rates were 50%,20% ;After antibody turned to negative the pregnancy rate was 30%,70% ;Control group,10 cases of patients with body weight increased significantly,facial acne,nausea,Abdominal distension and other discomfort,treatment group,no adverse reactions.Conclusion：XiaoKangTang has remarkable effect against infertility patients with AsAb,and was safty with lower rebound rate.
